By purchasing or downloading Hue Icons or Hue Templates (including the free versions) you are agreeing to be bound by this license agreement. Learn what you can and can't do with the files or templates you'll get after the purchase.
Licensing Agreement
This is a legal contract (“Agreement”) between you (“Licensee”, “Customer”) and Hue Icons (NIP 657 296 82 37) is a registered business of Krzysztof Rdzanek UI/UX Design & No-code (“Licensor”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, downloading, and using any of our digital assets ("Item", “Asset”) you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions.
You are allowed to use both the FREE and PRO versions of Hue Icons in unlimited projects for yourself and for your clients. This includes commercial projects (such as websites, products, and apps), client work, and personal projects. By purchasing or downloading Hue Icons, you are agreeing to the below licensing agreement.
Hue® Templates
Single license:
You are permitted to use the purchased templates to create one final project. Each purchased template is valid for use on a single Framer website. If you wish to use the template on multiple websites, you must purchase a separate license for each instance.
Hue® Icons:
You are allowed to:
You are authorized to develop an End Product for a client, for personal or commercial purposes. Furthermore, you may integrate the Item with other creations to produce derivative works, all of which are governed by the terms of this license.
This license is designed for 'multi-use', allowing you to utilize an Item across multiple projects repeatedly.
Additionally, you are permitted to publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization, provided you have acquired a team, enterprise or unlimited license.
Examples of usage permitted under the license include:
Developing web applications or apps for personal or client use.
Crafting websites for personal or client use.
Creating commercial SaaS applications or websites for end users who subscribe.
Establishing commercial SaaS applications or websites for end users who pay a one-time fee for usage.
Utilizing Hue Icons as a foundational element for an internal design system to expand upon.
Template creators using Framer and Webflow are allowed to incorporate Hue Icons into their templates for sale, provided they have purchased at least a Solo license.
You are not allowed to:
You are not permitted to share the item link on the web or distribute it (e.g., embed) with public access in Figma.
You cannot publish the item in your team library or grant edit permissions to others if you purchased the individual license. A team license is required if more than one person uses the file.
You cannot use Hue Icons in Framer or Webflow templates for sale on any platform without first purchasing a Solo license.
You are prohibited from redistributing the item in its original form or with superficial modifications.
The design files of the item cannot be placed directly into the end product.
You cannot share or distribute the item as stock, in a tool or with source files. This includes using the item to create a library for another platform or software (e.g., Shopify, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, React, WordPress, Tailwind, and similar platforms). This restriction applies whether the item is used alone or bundled with other items, even if modified.
You must not allow an end user of the end product to extract the item and use it separately.
Examples of prohibited uses under the license:
Making files or assets publicly available online or sharing them in a way that they can be accessed by others.
Distributing or sharing files or assets with individuals who have not purchased a license.
Creating versions of Hue Icons for Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and offering them for free or for sale.
Developing an "app builder" or "website builder" that includes Hue Icons, even if they have been altered.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you encounter any problems, contact us via email or our contact form within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund.
If a refund is issued, you agree to delete all files within 24 hours and refrain from using Hue Icons or Hue Templates in any projects (including personal or non-commercial projects).
To prevent misuse, we reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product.
Enforcement
The copyright of Hue Icons is owned by Krzysztof Rdzanek UI/UX Design & No-code This license grants only the permissions described herein; all other rights are reserved.
Krzysztof Rdzanek UI/UX Design & No-code reserves the right to revoke licenses and access to files at our discretion if we suspect deception or unauthorized use outside the scope of this license.
Upon obtaining or downloading Hue Icons or Hue Templates ("Item"), you consent to assume financial responsibility for $2,000 for each instance of violation of this licensing agreement. Should your watermarked copy of Hue Icons be distributed publicly online or on a piracy forum, you acknowledge and agree to bear financial responsibility for each download as an independent violation.
Krzysztof Rdzanek UI/UX Design & No-code retains the authority to seek legal recourse for any unauthorized utilization of Hue Icons beyond the parameters of this license, especially in scenarios where assets are employed to develop rival products (e.g., libraries, UI kits, or templates) or shared online.
Definition of the End Product
The End Product represents a tailored application of the Item. For instance, if the Item encompasses a collection of UI elements, the End Product emerges as your distinctive final design for a website or application, reflecting your unique vision and requirements.
